What a ride. I’ve been there as high as $5.92, and as low as $2.40, also sit tight with the three level jumps from $2.4 to $4, $4 to $4.8, and $4.8 to $5.68.

On Monday July 19 2010, Ramius said it would buy Cypress in an all-cash deal. Ramius already owns 9.9 percent of Cypress. The $4-per-share offer represents a premium of 60 percent to the stock’s Friday closing price of $2.50.
CYPB has $130 million in cash, which is almost $4 per share.
ARNA is racking all the benefits from the fallout of VVUS, and its peer OREX. The next FDA date for ARNA is Sept. 16 2010. So expect more volatility. Buckle up and hold on tight.
OREX is also jumpy with VVUS ’s up and down.
This is the typical risk on FDA stock play. VVUS was slaughtered more than half after the FDA panel reject its drug.
On the positive side, it may climb back to its previous level if another piece of news pop out – god knows when.
